Study on the Intelligent Transformation of Medical Libraries Based on the Theory of Organizational Change

介绍医学图书馆智慧化转型概念及内涵,阐述基于Leavitt模型的医学图书馆智慧化转型分析框架,分析医学图书馆智慧化转型过程中任务环境、技术、组织结构和人员4个维度的动力和阻力因素,从智慧医学图书馆的智慧业态、智慧服务、智慧管理和智慧馆员4个层面提出对应转型策略。

The paper introduces the concept and connotation of intelligent transformation of medical library,expounds the analysis framework of intelligent transformation of medical library based on Leavitt model,analyzes the dynamic and resistance factors of task environment,technology,organizational structure and personnel in the process of intelligent transformation of medical library,and puts forward the corresponding transformation strategies from four aspects of smart medical library:smart business form,smart service,smart management and smart librarian.
