Study on the Construction of Medical Information Engineering Talent Training System in Universities and Colleges under the Background of the 14th Five-Year Plan

分析“十四五”时期高校加强医学信息工程专业人才培养体系构建的重要现实意义,阐述当前我国众多高校医学信息工程专业人才培养体系代表性问题,从理论教育体系、实践教育体系以及教育保障体系3方面提出可行性策略,以期强化医学信息工程专业人才储备供应,加快医疗卫生事业信息化发展。

The paper analyzes the important practical significance of strengthening the construction of medical information engineering talent training system in universities and colleges during the“14th five-year plan”period,expounds the representative problems of the current medical information engineering talent training system in many domestic universities and colleges,and puts forward feasible strategies from three aspects:theoretical education system,practical education system and education security system,so as to strengthen the supply of medical information engineering professionals,accelerate the development of informatization of medical and health care.
