摘要
为探寻新时期影响湖南省油菜生产机械化发展的关键因素,综合运用层次分析法和熵值法,从农机技术装备、农机服务保障、政策制度支持、农业资源环境及生产综合效益5个维度,确定了25个因素在影响湖南省油菜生产机械化发展中的权重值及其强弱次序。结果表明:体系中油菜机械化生产各环节均衡发展水平、耕地宜机化程度、农机具配套程度、农机作业服务组织化程度和油菜生产政策支持的权重值居于前5位,表明这5个因素是影响湖南省油菜生产机械化发展的主要因素。同时,结合湖南省的实际情况,针对主要影响因素提出补齐油菜全程机械化的突出短板、分类推进耕地宜机化的整治工作、加快研发先进适用的油菜农机具、促进农机作业服务的供需匹配以及构建绿色高效油菜生产政策体系等建议,旨在推动湖南省油菜生产机械化的高质量发展。
New period to explore the key factors affecting the development of mechanization of rape production in hunan province,the integrated use of analytic hierarchy process(ahp)and entropy value method,from the technology and equipment of agricultural machinery,agricultural machinery service guarantee,policy system support,agricultural resources and environment,production comprehensive benefit of five dimensions,identified 25 factors in influencing factors in rapeseed production mechanization development in hunan province and the pecking order.The results showed that the weight values of balanced development level of all stages of rapeseed mechanization production,mechanization degree of cultivated land,matching degree of agricultural machinery and tools,organization degree of agricultural machinery operation service and policy support of rapeseed production ranked in the top five,indicating that these five factors were the main factors affecting the development of rapeseed mechanization production in Hunan Province.Combined with the actual situation of hunan province,in view of the main factors affecting the filling full mechanization of rape of short board,classification advance land renovation work,to speed up the development of appropriate machine advanced applicable agricultural machinery and implement of rapeseed,and promote the matching of supply and demand of agricultural machinery operation services,build a green efficient rapeseed production policy system and so on,in order to promote the development of high quality of rapeseed production mechanization of hunan province.
