穴盘苗移栽试验台漏苗检测及补苗系统设计

摘要 针对目前国内外移栽机在移栽过程中出现的漏栽问题,为实现及时补苗,设计了一种穴盘苗移栽试验台漏苗检测及补苗系统。使用SolidWorks软件绘制移栽试验台三维模型,设计了相应的补苗系统;使用光纤传感器定时采集接苗带第一个栅格检测信号,PLC根据传感器检测信号判断是否缺苗,从而控制补苗装置是否需要补苗。搭建了试验台进行补苗试验,结果表明:当单行投苗速度分别为40、60、80株/min,补苗平均成功率分别为88.34%、93.33%、90.00%,投苗速度为60株/min时,补苗成功率最高为93.33%。移栽试验台漏苗检测及补苗系统满足自动补苗设计要求,验证了系统的可行性。 Aiming at the problem of missing planting in the transplanting process of transplanting machines at home and abroad,in order to realize timely replenishment of seedlings,a system for detecting and replenishing seedlings of a plug seedling transplanting test bench was designed.Use SolidWorks software to draw a three-dimensional model of the transplanting test bench,and design the corresponding seedling supplement system;use the optical fiber sensor to collect the first grid detection signal of the seedling belt regularly,and the PLC judges whether the seedling is lacking according to the sensor detection signal,so as to control whether the seedling supplement device needs to supplement the seedling.A test bed was set up to carry out the seedling supplement test.The test results showed that when the throwing seedlings rate of a single row was 40,60 and 80 seedling/min,the average success rate of seedling supplementation was 88.34%,93.33%,90.00%,and when the throwing seedlings rate was 60 seedling/min,the success rate of supplementing seedlings was 93.33%.The missing seedling detection and seedling replenishment system of the transplanting test bench meets the design requirements of automatic seedling replenishment,which verifies the feasibility of the system.
