数据安全下的农机部件协同化应用模型研究

摘要 为进一步提高我国农机部件在设计过程中的数据安全性,确保各组件间的装配协同性与作业持久性,针对数据安全下的农机部件协同化设计展开研究。以充分理解当前的农机部件设计方法为依据,增设数据安全模块,建立农机部件设计的安全协同化模型,形成数据的安全架构体系与结构设计实现的关键步骤,并选取农用拖拉机变速器为应用实例进行试验。试验表明:经数据安全技术与协同设计理念相结合的变速器设计,内部的数据安全处理模块运行良好,整体设计过程中的安全指数与设计协同性能分别可达到95.13%和96.64%,并对农机部件设计方法进行了优化,实现了设计层面的不同角度创新,对于业内学者进行深度研究有一定的参考价值。 In order to further improve the data security of agricultural machinery components in the design process,ensure the assembly collaboration and operation persistence among components,and ensure the overall field operation efficiency of agricultural machinery,the collaborative design of agricultural machinery components under the data security was studied.Based on the fully understand the current design method of agricultural machinery parts,the data security module was added,the safety collaborative model of agricultural machinery parts design was established,the data security architecture system and the key steps of structure design were formed,and the transmission of agricultural tractor was selected as an application example to test.The results showed that:through the combination of data security technology and collaborative design concept,the internal data security processing module run well,and the safety index and design collaborative performance in the overall design process could reach 95.13%and 96.64%respectively.It optimized the design method of agricultural machinery parts ontology,protected the core technical data in parts design,and realized the innovation from different angles of design level,which would be a good inspiration and reference for the in-depth research of scholars in the industry.
