摘要
针对目前苜蓿种子收获人工成本高、工作效率低等问题,设计了柔性苜蓿种子梳脱机构。通过对苜蓿种子物理特性的分析,设计了柔性胶丝与挠性弹齿组合梳脱辊结构,并以弹齿数量、梳脱辊转速及输送链速度为试验因素,在试验台上进行正交试验。结果表明:梳脱辊各排弹齿数量分别为2、3、2,柔性胶丝径向6排,轴向密集布置,梳辊转速为500r/min,输送链速度为0.61m/s,挠性弹齿与柔性胶丝组合梳脱辊形式作业效果最佳,梳净率97%以上,断枝率29%以下。
Aiming at the problems of high labor cost and low work efficiency in alfalfa seed harvesting at present,the flexible combing-stripping device of alfalfa seed was designed.By analyzing the physical characteristics of Alfalfa seed,The structure of combined stripping roller of flexible plastic wire and flexible spring teeth is designed,The experimental factors were the number of spring teeth、the speed of combined stripping roller and the speed of conveying chain,Orthogonal experiment were carried out on the experimental bench。The experiment results show that:The number of spring teeth in each row of stripping roller is 2、3、2 respectively,flexible plastic wire 6 rows radial,axial dense layout,the speed of the combined stripping roller is 500r/min,the speed of conveying chain is 0.61m/s,the combination of flexible spring teeth and flexible plastic wire has the best working effect,The combing rate is above 97%,the broken branch rate is below 29%.
