马铃薯挖掘机摆动筛振动测试与分析

摘要 为了解析田间收获中摆动筛振动特性与理论分析之间的差异,探究不同结构参数对筛体振动以及物料筛分的影响规律,利用三维加速度传感器,分9种工况测试筛体底部3个横梁中间测点的动态响应,使用AVANTMI-7016数据采集与分析仪对采样信号处理分析,得到了测点在不同工况下的振动加速度均方根值以及时程曲线,并对物料筛分的影响进行了分析。研究结果表明:每种工况每个测点的X、Y、Z方向的振动加速度均方根值的大小均为X>Y>Z,每种工况在X、Y、Z方向的测点1、测点2、测点3振动加速度均方根值的大小均为1>2>3;曲柄转速、半径对摆动筛X、Y方向的振动加速度有显著影响,摆动方向角影响很小,可以忽略不计,筛面倾角没有影响;获得摆动筛X、Y方向的田间加速度修正系数k_(1)、k_(2),k_(1)介于1.26~1.46之间,k_(2)介于3.39~4.04之间。研究可为摆动筛结构优化与设计提供参考。 In order to analyze the difference between the vibration characteristics of swing screen and theoretical analysis in field harvest,the effects of different structural parameters on screen vibration and material screening were explored.Using the three-dimensional acceleration sensor,the dynamic response of the middle measuring points of the three beams at the bottom of the screen body is tested under 9 working conditions.The sampling signal is processed and analyzed by AVANTMI-7016 data acquisition and analyzer.The root mean square value of vibration acceleration and time history curve of the measuring points under different working conditions are obtained,and the influence of material screening is analyzed.The results show that the root mean square value of vibration acceleration in X,Y and Z directions of each measuring point under each working condition is X>Y>Z,and the root mean square value of vibration acceleration at measuring point 1,measuring point 2 and measuring point 3 in X,Y and Z directions under each working condition is 1>2>3;The crank speed and radius have a significant influence on the vibration acceleration in the X and Y directions of the swing screen,the influence of the swing direction angle is very small and can be ignored,and the screen surface inclination has no influence;The field acceleration correction coefficients k_(1)and k_(2)in the X and Y directions of the swing screen are obtained.k_(1)is between 1.26~1.46 and k_(2)is between 3.39~4.04,which provides guidance for the structural optimization and design of the swing screen.
