新时代共同富裕与西方福利社会存在相似之处但二者却有本质区别,通过澄清二者的区别,有利于正确把握理论范畴。新时代共同富裕旨在逐步实现人民对于高质量美好生活的需要,增进民生福祉,出发点与落脚点都是为了人民;西方福利社会的高福利制度看似全面却存在欺骗性,不仅体现在福利制度本质是为了维护资本主义制度与缓和阶级矛盾,还体现在福利内容忽视精神层面,容易导致人的单向度发展。二者具有理论支撑差异、发展历程差异和实践效果差异,通过比较研究,将二者对应的民生国家与福利国家的国家形态清晰展现,吸取西方的经验与教训,看到新时代共同富裕带来的民生福祉“后发赶超”的发展趋势,坚定中国特色社会主义福利事业的前进方向。

There are similarities between common prosperity in the new era and western welfare society,but there are essential differences between the two.By clarifying the difference between the two,it is helpful to correctly grasp the theoretical category.Common prosperity in the new era aims to gradually realize the people's needs for a high-quality and beautiful life and improve people's well-being.The starting point and goal are for the people;the high welfare system of the western welfare society seems comprehensive but deceptive,not only reflected in the essence of the welfare system is to maintain the capitalist system and ease class contradictions,but also inthe fact that the content of the welfare ignores the spiritual level,which can easily lead to one-dimensional development of people.The two have differences in theoretical support,development history and practical effects.Through comparative research,the state forms of the people's livelihood state and the welfare state that correspond to the two are clearly displayed,drawing on Western experience and lessons,and seeing the common prosperity in the new era.The people's livelihood and well-being of the people's well-being"catch up and overtake"the development trend,and firmly believe in the direction of the socialist welfare cause with Chinese characteristics.
