新农科建设背景下地方农林高校产教融合协同育人的实施路径 被引量:6

摘要 新农科建设的提出引导地方农林高校要调整育人方式与方向,地方农林高校要充分利用多元化的资源,形成以应用型人才培养为核心的路径,确保人才培养既能满足学生个人发展需求,又能满足区域农业高质量发展的人才需要。结合新农科建设的背景,本文从产教融合协同育人角度出发,对地方农林高校产教融合协同育人的具体实施进行系统的探索,提出构建产教融合下的专业群,依托专业群提升育人能力和育人质量,有效支撑学生专业素养的强化和综合能力的提高。 The proposal of new agriculture subject construction guides local agriculture and forestry colleges to adjust the way and direction of education,make full use of diversified resources,form a path with application-oriented talent training as the core,and to ensure that talent training can not only meet the needs of individual development,but also meet the needs of talents for the high-quality development of regional agriculture.Combined with the background of the construction of new agriculture subject,this paper,from the perspective of the production-education integration and collaborative education,systematically explores the specific implementation of production-education integration and collaborative education in local agriculture and forestry universities,proposes the construction of professional groups under the production-education integration,relying on professional groups to improve the ability and quality of education,and effectively support the strengthening of professional quality and the improvement of comprehensive ability.
