健康教育联合标准化营养支持对造血干细胞移植患儿营养指标及生存质量的影响

Effect of Health Education Combined with Standardized Nutritional Intervention on Nutritional Indexes and Quality of Life in Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation Children

目的:探讨健康教育联合标准化营养支持对造血干细胞移植患儿营养指标及生存质量的影响。方法:将185例急性淋巴细胞白血病患儿随机分为对照组92例和实验组93例,对照组采用基础护理措施,实验组在对照组基础上采用标准化营养支持联合健康教育。比较两组干预前1 d、干预后3 d营养指标(血清白蛋白、转铁白蛋白及总白蛋白)、生存质量[采用生活质量评估量表(QOL)]。结果:干预后3 d,两组血清白蛋白及总白蛋白水平高于干预前1 d(P<0.01,P<0.05)、转铁白蛋白低于干预前1 d(P<0.01),且实验组血清白蛋白、总白蛋白、转铁白蛋白水平优于对照组(P<0.05);干预后3 d,两组QOL评分高于干预前1 d(P<0.01,P<0.05),且实验组高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:健康教育联合标准化营养干预能够有效改善患儿营养指标,提升患儿生存质量。

Objective:To explore the effect of health education combined with standardized nutritional intervention on nutritional indexes and quality of life in HSCT children.Methods:A total of 185 children with acute lymphocytic leukemia were randomly divided into the control group with 92 cases and the experimental group with 93 cases,the control group implemented basic nursing measures,while the experimental group adopted on the above basis health education combined with standardized nutritional intervention.Nutritional indexes(serum albumin,transferrin,and total protein),and quality of life score by Quality of Life rating scale(QOL)were compared between the two groups 1 d before intervention and 3 d after intervention.Results 3 d after intervention,the serum albumin and total albumin levels were higher in both groups than those 1 d before intervention(P<0.01,P<0.05)the reference group(P<0.05),and the transferrin level was lower than that 1 d before intervention(P<0.01),And the serum albumin,total albumin,and transferrin albumin levels in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05);3 d after intervention,the QOL scores were higher in both groups than those 1 d before intervention(P<0.01,P<0.05),and those in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Health education combined with standardized nutrition intervention can effectively improve the nutritional indexes in HSCT children,and thus improve their quality of life.
