摘要 首先制备了氨基硅烷改性氧化石墨烯,然后用氨基硅烷改性氧化石墨烯对环氧涂料进行改性制备氨基硅烷功能化氧化石墨烯改性环氧涂层。对涂层的表观性能,力学能力,耐水,耐酸碱及耐盐水等进行研究的结果表明:添加氨基硅烷改性氧化石墨烯能够有效的提高涂层的柔韧性及铅笔硬度等力学性能以及耐水,耐酸碱及耐盐水等。当环氧涂层中氨基硅烷改性氧化石墨烯添加量为0.5%时,涂层的铅笔硬度为3 H;涂层168 h耐水,48 h耐酸碱及耐168 h盐水浸泡后,涂层的表面均无起皮,无脱落,无起泡现象发生,涂层掉粉明显减少。 In this paper,amino silane modified graphene oxide was prepared firstly,and then amino silane modified graphene oxide was used to modify epoxy coating to prepare amino silane functionalized graphene oxide modified epoxy coating.The apparent properties,mechanical properties,water resistance,acid and alkali resistance and salt water resistance of the coating were studied.The results showed that adding aminosilane modified graphene oxide could effectively improve the mechanical properties such as flexibility and pencil hardness of the coating,as well as water resistance,acid and alkali resistance and salt water resistance.When the 0.5%content of aminosilane modified graphene oxide was added in epoxy coating,the pencil hardness of the coating was 3 H.After 168 hours of water resistance,48 hours of acid resistance,48 hours of alkali resistance or 168 hours of salt water immersion,the surface of the coating had no peeling,no shedding and no foaming,as well as Coating powder dropping had been obviously reduced.
