摘要
综述了对甲氧基苯甲醛合成工艺的研究进展和成果,重点阐述了以茴脑、对甲苯酚为原料的合成方法。以茴脑为原料将其烯烃双键氧化成醛基,按照氧化方法分为3种;以对甲苯酚为原料需要两步,对甲苯酚的酚羟发生氧甲基化反应得到对甲氧基甲苯,甲基氧化成醛基得到对甲氧基苯甲醛。这两种原料的催化体系条件温和,操作工艺简单,环境友好,具有良好的工业应用前景。
The research progress and achievements in the synthesis of p-methoxybenzaldehyde were reviewed,with emphasis on the synthesis methods using anethole and p-cresol as raw materials.The olefin double bond of anethole is oxidized to aldehyde group,which can be divided into three kinds according to the oxidation method;Taking p-cresol as raw material requires two steps.The phenol hydroxyl of p-cresol undergoes oxygen methylation reaction to obtain p-Methoxytoluene,and methyl is oxidized to aldehyde group to obtain p-methoxybenzaldehyde.The catalytic system conditions of these two raw materials are mild,the operation process is simple,environment-friendly,and have good industrial application prospects.
