Reasons and Countermeasures of Gas Distribution Mechanism of Screw Compressor

目前,螺杆式压缩机在我国各种LNG生产工艺中应用越来越广泛,它为整个LNG厂区提供工厂风、仪表风及制氮橇块气源。如果该设备发生故障,会影响装置正常运行。对于螺杆式压缩机来说,配气机构是它的重要组成部分,其运行的平稳程度直接决定了公用工程风系统稳定。基于此,尝试对螺杆式式压缩机配气机构失效的原因以及对策进行了分析。

At present,the screw compressor is more and more widely used in various LNG production processes in China,which provides the factory wind,instrument wind and nitrogen production skid block gas source for the whole LNG plant.If the device fails,it will affect the normal operation of the device.For the screw compressor,the gas distribution mechanism is an important part,which directly determines the stability of the the utility wind system.Based on this,this paper tries to analyze the failure of screw compressor.
