轮胎生产硫化车间烟气的收集及治理

摘要 轮胎生产硫化工艺过程中,会产生大量的有害、高温工艺废气,重点论述硫化阶段烟气的收集和治理,综述了硫化烟气的主要成份及其收集现状,收集技术包括单体硫化机未开模前内部废气通过管道吸收到烟道、开模后散发出来的废气通过固定的烟气罩收集到烟道以及车间顶部的废气通过顶部烟气吸收装置收集到烟道;并简要介绍了硫化烟气的治理技术现状,活性炭吸附技术、光催化氧化技术、低温等离子体技术皆存在一定的缺点,提出蓄热式催化燃烧法RCO燃烧技术适用于轮胎硫化大风量、低浓度的挥发性有机物废气,是目前处理效率和效果相对较好的工艺,实际案例监测结果佐证了所述结论。 In the vulcanization process of tire production,a large number of harmful and high temperature process waste gas will be produced.The collection and treatment of flue gas in the vulcanization stage are mainly discussed,and the main components and collection status of flue gas are summarized.The collection technology includes the internal exhaust gas absorbed into the flue by the pipeline before the mold is opened,the exhaust gas emitted after the mold is opened is collected into the flue by the fixed flue gas cover and the exhaust gas at the top of the workshop is collected into the flue gas by the top flue gas absorption device;Activated carbon adsorption technology,photocatalytic oxidation technology and low temperature plasma technology all have some shortcomings.It is proposed that the regenerative catalytic combustion RCO combustion technology is suitable for tire vulcanization of high air volume and low concentration of volatile organic compounds waste gas,which is a relatively good treatment efficiency and effect at present.The results of monitoring in real cases support the above conclusions.
