摘要
针对工业管道定期开展检验能够及时发现潜在的安全隐患,在最大程度上确保工业生产顺利。就煤化工压力管道定期检验工作来说,针对管道壁厚情况进行测定是检验工作中十分重要的内容。本文以煤化工压力管道定期检验中的壁厚测定工艺为探究对象,分析了壁厚测定工艺的实施要点、壁厚减薄位置的选定要点,以及全面减薄和局部减薄的安全性探究及相应处理措施,以期为相关技术人员更好地应用管道壁厚测定工艺提供一定参考。
Regular inspection of industrial pipelines can find potential safety hazards in time and ensure smooth industrial production to the greatest extent.As far as the regular inspection of pressure pipes in coal chemical industry is concerned,it is very important to measure the pipe wall thickness.Taking the wall thickness measurement process in the periodic inspection of pressure pipes in coal chemical industry as the research object,this paper analyzes the key points of the implementation of the wall thickness measurement process,the key points of the selection of the location of wall thickness reduction,and the safety research and corresponding treatment measures of overall and local thinning,in order to provide some reference for the relevant technicians to better apply the pipe wall thickness measurement process.
