摘要 渤海油田某油气田油藏埋深大,地层压力大,地层温度高,且生产流体中腐蚀性气体含量高,对井下完井工具要求较高。为了解决作业过程中井控和井漏的难题,同时避免井下复杂情况的发生,亟需一套既能满足临时封井要求又方便打开屏障的技术方案。介绍了陶瓷破裂拱阀临时封井技术的特点和作业程序,该技术在渤海油田成功应用,被证明是一种有效的临时封井技术。 A certain oil and gas field in Bohai Oilfield has large reservoir depth,high formation pressure,high formation temperature,and high corrosive gas content in production fluid,which requires high requirements for downhole completion tools.To address the challenges of well control and loss while avoiding downhole complications,a technical solution was needed that would allow for temporary capping and easy barrier opening.This paper introduces the characteristics and operation procedures of ceramic break arch valve temporary well sealing technology,which has been successfully applied in Bohai oilfield and proved to be an effective temporary well sealing technology.
