测井装备中液压调速系统转速模糊控制技术

摘要 为提高液压调速系统转速控制精度,开展测井装备中液压调速系统转速模糊控制技术的设计研究。建立液压调速系统中齿轮泵的运行流量方程、液压调速泵在驱动轴上运行的轴距平衡函数,以此为依据,开发测井装备中液压调速系统动力源模型;根据测井装备中液压调速系统的运行特性,设计系统中调速阀的节流自适应调整;设定控制变量,根据电机的给进速度,按转速控制比例因子,输入模糊控制器的控制参数,实现基于参数自调整的系统转速模糊控制,完成模糊控制方法的设计。以某地区大型测井工程项目为例,设计对比实验,实验结果证明:该方法不仅可以实现对系统转速的高精度控制,还可以有效缩短系统转速控制的响应时间。 In order to improve the speed control accuracy of hydraulic speed regulating system,the fuzzy control technology of hydraulic speed regulating system in logging equipment is designed and researched.The running flow equation of the gear pump in the hydraulic speed regulating system and the wheelbase balance function of the hydraulic speed regulating pump running on the driving shaft are established.Based on this,the power source model of hydraulic speed regulating system in logging equipment is developed.According to the operating characteristics of hydraulic speed regulating system in logging equipment,the throttle adaptive adjustment of speed regulating valve in the system is designed.Set the control variable,according to the feed speed of the motor,control the proportion factor according to the speed,input the control parameters of the fuzzy controller,realize the fuzzy control of the system speed based on parameter self-adjustment,complete the design of the fuzzy control method.A large logging project in a certain area is taken as an example to design a comparative experiment.The experimental results show that this method can not only achieve high precision control of the system speed,but also effectively shorten the response time of the system speed control.
