摘要
二氧化碳驱技术是国内外油田提高采收率的重要技术,针对高-特高含水油藏开展二氧化碳驱后,生产井含水率及原油产量难以准确测量的问题,本文提出利用现场使用的分离器和气体流量计准确计量出产液量和产气量,由于产出气中天然气是地层原油的溶解天然气,对于特定的油藏其溶解气油比是一定值,因此,利用气样采样装置和气相色谱仪对产出气现场采样分析,得出天然气产气量,进而能够准确计算出原油产量和含水率。本方法操作简便易行,结果准确可靠,在无需增加分析设备的情况下,即可实现二氧化碳驱的高含水油藏的原油产量监测,满足生产和安全要求。
Carbon dioxide flooding technology is an important technology for oil recovery at home and abroad.Aiming at the problem that water cut and crude oil production of production Wells are difficult to be accurately measured after carbon dioxide flooding in high-ultra-high water cut reservoirs,this paper proposes to use separators and gas flowmeters used in the field to accurately measure liquid production and gas production.Because the natural gas in the produced gas is the dissolved natural gas of formation crude oil,For a specific reservoir,the dissolved gasoil ratio is a certain value.Therefore,gas sampling device and gas chromatograph are used to sample and analyze the produced gas on site to obtain the gas production,and then the oil production and water cut can be accurately calculated.This method is easy to operate,accurate and reliable,and can be used to monitor the oil production of high water cut reservoirs with carbon dioxide flooding without additional analysis equipment,so as to meet the production and safety requirements.
