强省会战略下的长沙市五星级酒店微观选址适宜性研究——基于层次分析法

Research on the Micro-location Suitability of Five-star Hotels in Changsha Under the Strategy of Strengthening the Provincial Capital——Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process

基于星级酒店高速发展的背景,通过研究相关的文献,本文从社会经济、交通条件、商业因素、环境因素四大因素、12项评价指标,采用层次分析法,通过酒店领域的专家对长沙市五星级酒店选址影响因素的重要性进行评分,应用加权求和法得到每个层次元素的排序。结果表明,对五星级酒店微观选址适宜性影响最大的因素包括:CBD商圈、旅游景点、城市干线、政务区。依据实验结论及相关政策,对长沙市政府部门和未来五星级酒店投资者提出一些参考建议。

Based on the background of the rapid development of star-rated hotels,through the study of relevant literature,from the four major factors of social economy,traffic conditions,commercial factors and environmental factors and 12 evaluation indicators,this paper uses analytic hierarchy process to score the importance of factors affecting the location of five-star hotels in Changsha through experts in the hotel field,and uses weighted summation method to obtain the ranking of elements at each level.The results show that the factors that have the greatest influence on the micro-location suitability of five-star hotels include CBD business district,tourist attractions,urban trunk lines,and government districts.Finally,based on the experimental conclusions and relevant policies,some suggestions are put forward for Changsha government departments and future investors of five-star hotels.
