中国产业高质量发展评价指标体系及测度研究

Research on the Evaluation Index System and Measurement of High-quality Development of Industries in China

为促进产业高质量发展,基于新发展理念,从创新发展、协调发展、绿色发展、开放发展以及共享发展5个维度构建产业高质量发展评价体系,利用熵值法对我国2016—2020年30个省市自治区的产业高质量发展指数进行测算,结果显示:中国产业高质量发展水平不高但呈上升趋势,且中国产业高质量发展存在不平衡问题,呈现“东—东北—中—西”依次递减之势。

In order to promote the high-quality development of industry,based on the new development concept,the evaluation system of high-quality development of industry is constructed from five dimensions of innovative development,coordinated development,green development,open development and shared development,and the entropy method is used to calculate the high-quality development index of industry in 30 provinces,cities and autonomous regions in China from 2016 to 2020.The results show that the high-quality development level of Industries in China is not high but is on the rise,and there is an imbalance in the high-quality development of Industries in China,showing the trend of"east-northeast-central-west"decreasing in turn.
