磁浮车辆内装材料通用安全类要求概述及选择

Overview and Selection of General Safety Requirements for Interior Materials of Maglev Vehicles

本文指出在对磁浮车辆内装材料进行选择时,安全性应放在首位,防火和环保是涉及安全的重要特性,重点归纳汇总了国内外内装材料防火、环保的通用安全类要求,以德国标准DIN 5510为例给出了内装材料防火的具体等级要求,并提出了如下建议:磁浮车辆内装材料需符合的防火性要求选择德国标准DIN 5510-2:2009,环保性要求应同时满足欧盟REACH法规(EC) No1907/2006、铁总科技﹝2014﹞50号、TB/T 3139-2006等要求。

This paper points out that safety should be put first when selecting interior materials of maglev vehicles,and fire prevention and environmental protection are important characteristics related to safety.It focuses on summarizing the general safety requirements for fire prevention and environmental protection of interior materials at home and abroad.Taking the German standard DIN 5510 as an example,it gives the specific grade requirements for fire prevention of interior materials,and puts forward the following suggestions:the fire prevention requirement to be met by the interior materials of maglev vehicles is German standard DIN 5510-2:2009,the environmental protection requirements shall meet the requirements of European Union regulation(EC)No1907/2006,tzkj[2014]No.50 and TB/T 3139-2006 and so on at the same time.
