摘要
为了实现混动汽车电池智能化管理,选取电池组温度作为采样指标,利用NLV74HCT4851芯片搭建温度采样电路。该电路以温度传感器作为信号采集装置,通过对信号进行放大、调理处理,按照电压信号与温度信号之间的关系,转换信号以获取温度值。测试结果表明,该电路设计方案能够实现电池组的温度采集,时间周期控制良好,并且检测采样精度有所提升,可以作为电池智能化管理的辅助工具。
in order to realize the intelligent management of hybrid vehicle battery,the temperature of battery pack is selected as the sampling index,and the temperature sampling circuit is built using NLV74HCT4851 chip.The circuit uses the temperature sensor as the signal acquisition device,and converts the signal to obtain the temperature value according to the relationship between the voltage signal and the temperature signal by amplifying and conditioning the signal.The test results show that the circuit design scheme can achieve the temperature collection of the battery pack,control the time cycle well,and improve the detection and sampling accuracy,which can be used as an auxiliary tool for intelligent battery management.
