超低能耗技术在寒冷地区高层住宅中的应用实践

摘要 近年来随着房地产的迅猛发展,高层住宅的数量随之不断增多。随着国家“双碳”目标的提出,住宅建筑的节能受到广泛关注。文章从超低能耗的视角出发,以寒冷地区某高层住宅项目为例,从室外环境、规划设计、建筑设计、机电选型等方面深入分析各专业相关技术,以期为超低能耗技术的应用实践提供技术参考。 With the rapid development of real estate in recent years,the number of high-rise residential buildings is increasing.With the proposal of national goal of“carbon peaking and carbon neutralization”,the energy conservation of residential buildings has been widely concerned.From the perspective of ultra-low energy consumption,taking a high-rise residential project in cold regions as an example,this paper deeply analyzes the relevant technologies of various disciplines from the aspects of outdoor environment,planning and design,architectural design,mechanical and electrical selection,etc.,in order to provide a reference for the application of ultra-low energy consumption technology.
