城市老旧社区公共空间活化再生研究——以西安孟家巷社区为例

Study on the Activation and Regeneration of Public Space in Old Urban Communities:A Case of Mengjiaxiang Community in Xi’an

城市老旧社区公共空间活化再生问题是未来城市高质量发展中亟待解决的重要问题之一。西安作为历史文化名城,城市老旧社区众多且发展良莠不齐。以西安孟家巷社区为例,针对社区当下面临的基础设施不完善、交通混行、绿化营造衰微、功能布局瓦解、历史文化特色不足等问题展开调查研究,深入探究西安城市老旧社区公共空间活化再生的路径与策略,运用城市微更新理论激发老旧社区公共空间活力,建立安全便利的交通出行路径,完善提升社区基础设施,协同设计绿地景观,优化社区功能与布局,加强社区历史文化氛围提升。期望为西安城市老旧社区公共空间活化再生提供适宜的设计策略,进一步提升城市高质量发展成效。

The activation and regeneration of public spaces in old urban communities is one of the most important issues to be addressed in the future quality development of cities.As a historical and cultural city,Xi’an has a large number of old urban communities with mixed development.Taking Mengjiaxiang community in Xi’an as an example,this paper investigates the problems faced by the community,such as poor infrastructure,mixed traffic,declining greenery,disintegrating functional layout and insufficient historical and cultural characteristics,and explores the paths and strategies for the activation and regeneration of public spaces in old urban communities in Xi’an.The paper uses the urban micro-renewal theory to stimulate the vitality of public space in old communities,to establish safe and convenient transportation routes,to improve community infrastructure,to coordinate the design of green landscape,to optimize community functions and layout,and to enhance the historical and cultural atmosphere of the community.It is expected to provide appropriate design strategies for the activation and regeneration of public space in old urban communities in Xi’an,and to further improve the quality of urban development.
