项目为南通中央创新区科创中心首期工程,主要包括办公、酒店、展览、商业及其他公共配套功能。设计充分考虑持续发展的需要,结合智能化打造一个会自然呼吸、传统与未来结合、产业与城市融合的创新型科创园区,构建区域共享的活力社群。剖析实际工程,为新型科技研发园区设计提供思路。

The project is the first phase of Science and Technology Innovation Center of Nantong Central Innovation Zone,which mainly includes office,hotel,exhibition,business and other public supporting functions.The design fully considers the needs of sustainable development,and combines intelligence to create an innovative science and innovation park that will breathe naturally,combine tradition and future,and integrate the industry and city,and build a dynamic community shared by the region.This paper takes the actual project as the research carrier to explore the design ideas of new science and technology R&D park.
