乡村振兴视角下的农旅融合的镇村联动发展——以红河州石屏县坝心镇为例

The Linked Development of Towns and Villages from the Perspective of Rural Revitalization through Integration of Agriculture and Tourism:A Case of Baxin Town in Shiping County,Honghe Prefecture

在党的十九大报告中,习近平总书记第一次提出了实施“乡村振兴”战略,总书记说:“中国要强,农业必须强;中国要美,农业必须美;中国要富,农民必须富”。在此情况下,基于乡村振兴视角,以农旅融合为乡村振兴发展思路,坝心镇镇村联动发展为研究对象。就坝心镇农旅融合基于第一产业发展、第三产业开发模式中存在的问题,通过创新性建设新的旅游风景区、调整产业结构、改善基础设施建设,并针对性地对坝心镇自然和人文资源进行探究,实现农旅融合以及乡村振兴和新型城镇化的双轮联动。

In the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward the strategy of implementing“rural revitalization”for the first time.The General Secretary said,“China must be strong,agriculture must be strong;China wants beauty,agriculture must be beautiful;if China wants to be rich,farmers must be rich.”In this case,based on the perspective of rural revitalization,taking the integration of agriculture and tourism as the idea for rural revitalization and development,the linked development of Baxin Town and villages is taken as the research object.Based on the problems existing in the development model of the integration of agriculture and tourism in Baxin Town,through innovative construction of new tourist scenic spots,adjustment of industrial structures and improvement of the infrastructure,the paper explores the natural and human resources of Baxin Town,in order to realize the integration of agriculture and tourism,and to realize the linked development of rural revitalization and new urbanization based on the integration of agriculture and tourism.
