商业建筑消防改造研究——以上海市某商业建筑为例

Study on Fire Protection Transformation of Commercial Buildings:A Case of a Commercial Building in Shanghai

上海市的商业建筑历经几十年发展到现在,随着城市人口数量的增加,以及上海市外来人口的聚集情况,既有商业建筑的使用已经难以满足商业自身发展的要求及城市发展的需求,在安全方面存在一定的隐患,因此商业建筑的更新改造有其紧迫性和必然性。从消防改造出发,对上海市某商业建筑存在的消防问题进行深入的分析与研究,对防火分区划分、人员疏散核算及消防系统提升三个方面提出具体的解决方案,并推广到适用于上海市既有商业建筑消防改造的普适性建议和改造方法。

The commercial buildings in Shanghai have developed for decades.With the increase of urban population and the gathering of migrant population in Shanghai,the use of the existing commercial buildings has been difficult to meet the requirements of commercial development and the needs of urban development.There are certain hidden dangers in terms of safety.Therefore,the renewal and transformation of commercial buildings has its urgency and inevitability.Starting from the fire protection transformation,this paper makes an in-depth analysis and research on the fire protection problems of a commercial building in Shanghai,puts forward specific solutions in three aspects:fire compartment division,personnel evacuation accounting and fire protection system improvement,and extends them to the universal suggestions and transformation methods suitable for the fire protection transformation of the existing commercial buildings in Shanghai.
