乳晕小切口手术治疗乳腺良性肿瘤的疗效分析

Clinical analysis of areola small incision surgery for benign breast tumors

目的 探讨乳晕小切口手术治疗乳腺良性肿瘤的临床疗效。方法 100例乳腺良性肿瘤患者,以简单随机化法分成对照组和实验组,每组50例。对照组进行传统开放性手术治疗,实验组应用乳晕小切口手术治疗。比较两组患者手术指标(手术时间、住院时间、术中出血量、手术切口长度)、并发症(局部感染、局部血肿、皮肤瘢痕)发生情况、治疗满意度。结果 实验组手术时间(45.30±3.50)min及住院时间(5.60±1.10)d均短于对照组的(56.50±3.60)min、(7.70±1.50)d,术中出血量(25.30±5.50)ml少于对照组的(37.20±7.40)ml,手术切口长度(29.50±6.10)mm短于对照组的(45.60±8.50)mm,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组并发症发生率6.00%低于对照组的24.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组治疗总满意度96.00%高于对照组的80.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 乳腺良性肿瘤实施乳晕小切口手术治疗的临床效果显著,有助于提高手术质量及手术安全性,且患者对临床治疗的满意度高,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of areola small incision surgery for benign breast tumors.Methods A total of 100 patients with benign breast tumors were divided into a control group and an experimental group by simple randomization method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional open surgery,and the experimental group was treated with areolar small incision surgery.Both groups were compared in terms of surgical indexes(operative time,hospital stay,intraoperative blood loss,length of surgical incision),occurrence of complications(local infection,local hematoma,skin scar),and treatment satisfaction.Results The operative time(45.30±3.50)min and hospital stay(5.60±1.10)d in the experimental group were shorter than(56.50±3.60)min and(7.70±1.50)d in the control group;the intraoperative blood loss(25.30±5.50)ml in the experimental group was less than(37.20±7.40)ml in the control group;the length of surgical incision(29.50±6.10)mm in the experimental group was shorter than(45.60±8.50)mm in the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total complication rate of the experimental group was 6.00%,which was lower than 24.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of treatment in the experimental group was 96.00%,which was higher than 80.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Areola small incision surgery has significant clinical effect in the treatment of benign breast tumors,which is helpful to improve the quality and safety of surgery,and the patients have high satisfaction with the clinical treatment,which is worthy to be popularized.
