热牙胶垂直加压法与iRoot SP冷侧压法在C型根管充填治疗牙体牙髓病中的临床疗效比较

Clinical comparison of C-shaped root canal filling with warm gutta-percha vertical condensation and iRoot SP cold lateral condensation in the treatment of dental pulp disease

目的 对比热牙胶垂直加压法与iRoot SP冷侧压法在C型根管充填治疗牙体牙髓病中临床疗效。方法 84例C型根管充填治疗的牙体牙髓病患者,以随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各42例。对照组实施热牙胶垂直加压法治疗,观察组实施iRoot SP冷侧压法治疗。比较两组治疗效果、并发症发生情况。结果 两组C1型、C2型、C3型治疗总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为97.62%,高于对照组的85.71%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组发生并发症0例;对照组发生4例(7.14%)牙龈肿胀(3例C3型、1例C2型)、2例(4.76%)咬合不适(C2型),并发症发生率为14.29%;观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 C型根管充填治疗牙体牙髓病患者应用iRoot SP冷侧压法治疗,与热牙胶垂直加压法相比,可显著提升治疗有效率、降低并发症发生率,效果理想。

Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of C-shaped root canal filling with warm guttapercha vertical condensation and iRoot SP cold lateral condensation in the treatment of dental pulp disease.Methods A total of 84 patients with dental pulp disease treated with C-shaped root canal filling were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random numerical table,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated by warm gutta-percha vertical condensation,and the observation group was treated by iRoot SP cold lateral condensation.The therapeutic effect and occurrence of complications of the two groups were compared.Results The total treatment efficiency of C1-shaped root canal,C2-shaped root canal and C3-shaped root canal was compared between the two groups,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.62%,which was higher than 85.71%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).No complications occurred in the observation group.There were 4 cases(7.14%)of gingival swelling(3 cases of C3-shaped root canal and 1 case of C2-shaped root canal)and 2 cases(4.76%)of occlusal discomfort(C2-shaped root canal)in the control group,with an incidence of complications of 14.29%.The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with warm gutta-percha vertical condensation,C-shaped root canal filling with iRoot SP cold lateral condensation for the treatment of patients with dental pulp disease can significantly improve the treatment efficiency and reduce the incidence of complications,and the effect is ideal.
