丙戊酸钠在精神科临床中的应用效果观察

Observation on the application effect of sodium valproate in psychiatric department

目的 分析丙戊酸钠在精神科临床中的应用效果。方法 70例精神科患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组35例。对照组患者根据其具体疾病类型给予对症常规治疗,观察组患者在对症常规治疗基础上联合丙戊酸钠治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果、不良反应发生情况及治疗前后阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)评分、日常生活活动能力评分。结果 观察组患者治疗总有效率为94.29%,高于对照组的74.29%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者不良反应发生率为11.43%,与对照组的11.43%比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者PANSS评分(33.21±4.13)分低于对照组的(57.21±4.02)分,日常生活活动能力评分(83.65±4.93)分高于对照组的(71.65±4.21)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 精神科临床中应用对症常规治疗联合丙戊酸钠治疗的疗效及安全性高,可改善患者病情,提升其日常生活活动能力,值得推广应用。

Objective To analyze the application effect of sodium valproate in psychiatric department.Methods A total of 70 psychiatric patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 35 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received conventional symptomatic treatment according to their specific disease types,and patients in the observation group were treated with sodium valproate in combination with conventional symptomatic treatment.Both groups were compared in terms of therapeutic effects,the occurrence of adverse reactions,and the positive and negative symptom scale(PANSS)scores and activities of daily living scores before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.29%,which was higher than 74.29%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 11.43%,and the difference was not statistically significant compared to 11.43%in the control group(P>0.05).After treatment,the PANSS score(33.21±4.13)points in the observation group was lower than(57.21±4.02)points in the control group;the activities of daily living score(83.65±4.93)points in the observation group was higher than(71.65±4.21)points in the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Conventional symptomatic treatment combined with sodium valproate in the clinical treatment of psychiatric patients has high efficacy and safety,and can improve the condition of patients and enhance their activities of daily living,which is worthy of promotion and application.
