低分子肝素钙与氯吡格雷联合治疗进展性缺血性脑卒中的临床效果分析

Clinical effects of low-molecular heparin calcium combined with clopidogrel in the treatment of progressive ischemic stroke

目的 探讨进展性缺血性脑卒中患者采用低分子肝素钙+氯吡格雷治疗的临床效果。方法 88例进展性缺血性脑卒中患者,采用随机数字表法分为参照组与研究组,各44例。参照组在常规治疗基础上采用低分子肝素钙治疗,研究组在参照组基础上采用氯吡格雷治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果、治疗前后神经功能障碍量表(NDS)评分、用药不良反应(恶心、头痛、腹泻、牙龈出血、便秘)发生情况。结果 研究组患者治疗总有效率95.45%高于参照组的72.73%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组患者NDS评分(10.03±2.11)分低于参照组的(16.25±3.99)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者不良反应发生率9.09%与参照组的6.82%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 低分子肝素钙+氯吡格雷治疗进展性缺血性脑卒中,可以提高用药疗效,改善患者神经功能、临床症状,并且可保证用药安全性。

Objective To discuss the clinical effects of low-molecular heparin calcium combined with clopidogrel in the treatment of progressive ischemic stroke.Methods A total of 88 patients with progressive ischemic stroke were divided into a reference group and a research group according to the random numerical table,with 44 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with low-molecular heparin calcium based on conventional treatment,and the research group was treated with clopidogrel on the basis of the reference group.Both groups were compared in terms of therapeutic effect,neurological disability score(NDS)before and after treatment,and the occurrence of adverse drug reactions(nausea,headache,diarrhea,gum bleeding,constipation).Results The total effective rate of treatment for patients in the research group was 95.45%,which was higher than 72.73%in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the NDS(10.03±2.11)points in the research group was lower than(16.25±3.99)points in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 9.09%in the research group,which was 6.82%in the reference group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of low-molecular heparin calcium and clopidogrel in the treatment of progressive ischemic stroke can improve the efficacy of medication,improve the neurological function and clinical symptoms of patients,and ensure the safety of medication.
