中药直肠滴入治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症的临床观察

Clinical observation on the treatment of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease by rectal drops of enema-drip of traditional Chinese medicine

目的 观察中药直肠滴入在盆腔炎性疾病后遗症中的诊疗效果,寻找中医治疗女性盆腔炎性疾病后遗症的有效外治方法。方法 128例盆腔炎性疾病后遗症患者,随机分为西医抗感染组及中药直肠滴入联合西医抗感染组,每组64例。西医抗感染组按西医诊疗常规选择敏感抗生素进行系统抗感染治疗,中药直肠滴入联合西医抗感染组在西医抗感染组基础上进行中药直肠滴入治疗。比较两组临床疗效。结果 中药直肠滴入联合西医抗感染组患者治愈59例,有效5例,无效0例,治愈率为92%,总有效率为100%;西医抗感染组患者治愈51例,有效11例,无效2例,治愈率80%,总有效率为97%。中药直肠滴入联合西医抗感染组患者治愈率高于西医抗感染组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 中药直肠滴入联合西医抗感染治疗对盆腔炎性疾病后遗症患者的临床疗效较好。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of enema-drip of traditional Chinese medicine in sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease,so as to find the effective external treatment method of traditional Chinese medicine for the sequelae of female pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods A total of 128 patients with sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease were randomly divided into Western medicine anti-infection group and integrated Chinese and Western medicine group,with 64 cases in each group.The Western medicine anti-infection group selected sensitive antibiotics for systematic anti-infection treatment according to Western medicine diagnosis and treatment,while the integrated Chinese and Western medicine group carried out enema-drip of traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of Western medicine anti-infection group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results In integrated Chinese and Western medicine group,59 cases were cured,5 cases were effective and 0 case were ineffective;the cure rate was 92%and the total effective rate was 100%.In the Western medicine anti-infection group,51 cases were cured,11 cases were effective,2 cases were ineffective;the cure rate was 80%,the total effective rate was 97%.The cure rate of integrated Chinese and Western medicine group was higher than that of Western anti-infection group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Enema-drip of traditional Chinese medicine combined with Western medicine anti-infection treatment for has good clinical efficacy for patients with sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease.
