益气养阴降糖饮加减在气阴两虚型2型糖尿病患者治疗中的应用效果分析

Effect analysis of modified Yiqi Yangyin Jiangtang Decoction in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus with deficiency of both Qi and Yin syndrome

目的 分析气阴两虚型2型糖尿病患者采用益气养阴降糖饮加减治疗的临床疗效。方法 50例气阴两虚型2型糖尿病患者,根据入院先后顺序分为观察组和对照组,每组25例。对照组给予二甲双胍常规降糖治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合益气养阴降糖饮加减治疗。比较两组治疗效果、中医证候积分、治疗前后血糖水平。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为84.00%,高于对照组的52.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后中医证候积分为(35.63±12.77)分,低于对照组的(46.04±8.38)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)水平分别为(5.90±1.16)mmol/L、(7.37±1.35)mmol/L、(5.63±0.98)%,均低于对照组的(6.57±1.13)mmol/L、(8.29±1.42)mmol/L、(6.37±0.96)%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 针对气阴两虚型2型糖尿病患者实施常规降糖药物联合益气养阴降糖饮加减治疗,可以显著改善患者的临床表现,值得临床进一步推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of modified Yiqi Yangyin Jiangtang Decoction in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus with deficiency of both Qi and Yin syndrome.Methods A total of 50 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with deficiency of both Qi and yin syndrome were divided into observation group and control group according to the order of admission,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional hypoglycemic treatment of metformin,and the observation group was treated with modified Yiqi Yangyin Jiangtang Decoction on the basis of the control group.Both groups were compared in terms of therapeutic effect,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,and blood glucose level before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 84.00%,which was higher than 52.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score in the observation group was(35.63±12.77)points,which was lower than(46.04±8.38)points in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the fasting plasma glucose(FPG),2 h postprandial glucose(2 h PG)and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)levels in the observation group were(5.90±1.16)mmol/L,(7.37±1.35)mmol/L and(5.63±0.98)%,which were lower than(6.57±1.13)mmol/L,(8.29±(1.42)mmol/L and(6.37±0.96)%in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with deficiency of both Qi and Yin syndrome,the implementation of conventional hypoglycemic drugs and modified Yiqi Yangyin Jiangtang Decoction can significantly improve the clinical manifestations of patients,and is worthy of further promotion.
