摘要
针对目前LNG接收站运维过程中再冷凝器抗干扰能力差、波动性大、自动化率低的现状。分析出影响再冷凝器的主要工艺参数为LNG操作温度、BOG操作温度、再冷凝器操作压力、原料组分。根据热力学计算LNG和BOG的物料平衡、热量平衡,并进行数值拟合回归,结果表明,BOG操作温度对液气比的影响趋势曲线可拟合为线性方程,LNG操作温度及操作压力对液气比的影响趋势曲线均可拟合为一元二次抛物线。该结果提高了再冷凝器液气比及所需液化天然气能量的准确度,提升了再冷凝器的自动化率。
Aiming at the current situation of poor anti-interference ability,high volatility,and low automation rate of the recondenser during the operation and maintenance of LNG terminal.The main process parameters affecting the recondenser are analyzed as LNG operating temperature,BOG operating temperature,recondenser operating pressure,and raw material composition.The material balance and heat balance of LNG and BOG are calculated based on thermodynamics,and numerical fitting regression is performed.The results show that the trend curve of the influence of BOG operating temperature on the liquid gas ratio can be fitted as a linear equation.The trend curve of the influence of LNG operating temperature and operating pressure on the liquid gas ratio can be fitted as a unitary quadratic parabola.This result improves the accuracy of the liquid gas ratio of the recondenser and the required LNG energy,and improves the automation rate of the recondenser.
