The Communist Party of China has always attached great importance to the education of young cadres,and is also good at carrying out the education of young cadres based on the theme of the times.Over the past century,our party has trained a large number of young cadres who are loyal to the party and the people,and fully realized that strengthening the education of young cadres is a key issue for the rise and fall of the party′s cause.From the perspective of historical development,the Communist Party of China has formulated a series of cadre lines and cadre policies that meet the development of young cadres,forming a systematic educational model.Retrospecting and summarizing historical experience help us to use the latest achievements of Sinicization to guide the cultivation of young cadres in the new era.
