橡胶硫化促进剂四硫化双戊撑秋兰姆合成工艺研究

摘要 对橡胶硫化促进剂DPTT的合成进行了工艺探索和改进。采用单因素实验,考察了原料配比、二硫化碳滴加温度及时间、双氧水滴加时间等因素的影响。结果表明,最优工艺条件为:以六氢吡啶、二硫化碳、硫黄、双氧水为原料,其物质的量比为1∶1.05∶1.9∶0.6。在20~30℃下滴加二硫化碳,双氧水最佳滴加时间4 h,在此条件下即可得到外观好、熔点高的橡胶硫化促进剂DPTT。 The synthesis technology of rubber vulcanization accelerator DPTT is explored and improved.Using single factor experiment,the influence of raw material ratio,adding temperature and time of carbon disulfide,adding time of hydrogen peroxide,etc are investigated.The results show that the optimal process conditions,using hexahydropyridine,carbon disulfide,sulfur,hydrogen peroxide as raw materials,the molar ratio is 1∶1.05∶1.9∶0.6,carbon disulfide is added dropwise at 20~30℃,and the best dropping time of hydrogen peroxide is 4 h.The rubber vulcanization accelerator DPTT with good appearance and high melting point can be obtained.
