摘要
随着世界经济的全球化和日常化,中国对外开放程度越来越高,会展行业迅速兴起。会展行业的发展,对会展人才的需求快速增长,要求也更专业化,外部的人才市场无法满足企业的要求,内部培养已引起了企业高层的高度关注和重视。本文基本某集团培训体系现状为例,结合成立以来的总体培训实际情况,阐述了公司现有培训体系存在的问题,并进行问题分析,最后提出完善的解决对策。
With the glabolization and generalizational of world economy,China has become more and more open to the outside world.The exhibition industry has risen rapidly.Due to the fast booming of the exhibition,the demand for the talents is growing fast,and the requirements are geting more professional.The external talent market cannot feed the needs of enterprises,so the internal training has got the attension from the senior mangers of the enterprises.In this article,the current situation of one Group training is taken as a case,and combined with the overall training situation since its establishment,the existing problems of the company's training system are elaborated,and the problems are analyzed.Finally,perfect solutions are proposed in the end.
