工匠精神视域下构建高职院校劳动教育新模式

The Construction of Labor Education New Mode in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Craftsmanship Spirit

新时代劳动教育在培养学生新的劳动价值观、培育新的劳动精神、提升新的劳动素养等方面具有重要作用。高职院校构建融合工匠精神的新时代劳动教育,就要将工匠精神培育与劳动教育相融合,将工匠精神教育融入到新时代劳动教育的政治价值、思想价值、教育价值与社会价值中,将工匠精神培育与劳动教育融合在人才培养方案、教育方式方法、评价与监督、文化环境育人中。

Labor education in the new era plays an important role in cultivating students'new labor values,cultivating new labor spirit and improving new labor accomplishment.To develop labor education in combination with the spirit of craftsmanship in higher vocational colleges,it is necessary to integrate the cultivation of the spirit of craftsmanship with labor education,and integrate the spirit of craftsmanship into the political value,ideological value,educational value and social value of labor education in the new era.The cultivation of craftsmanship spirit and labor education should be integrated into personnel training programs,educational methods,evaluation and supervision,and education in cultural environment.
