高职兴辽卓越专业群产教融合协同育人研究——以抚顺职业技术学院为例

Research on the Collaborative Education Mode of Industry-Education Integration of Liaoning Revitalization Excellent Professional Group

以抚顺职业技术学院兴辽卓越电子商务专业群的建设实践为例,对产教融合下高职兴辽卓越专业群建设的理论与实践进行探索。分析了兴辽卓越电子商务专业群建设面临的机遇与问题,有针对性地提出了对策建议:培育“德技双馨”的电子商务群兴辽卓越“双师型”教学团队;借助“1+X”证书制度的书证融通机遇,完善人才培养模式,优化课程体系;专业群校企合作资源共享,提升专业集群优势;开展电子商务专业群建设的质量保障建设。

Taking the construction practice of Liaoning revitalization excellent professional group in Fushun Vocational Technology Institute as an example,the paper explores the theory and practice of the construction.It analyzes the opportunities and problems in the construction and puts forward countermeasures:develop the"double-qualified"teaching team with both virtues and skills;perfect the talent cultivation mode and optimize the curriculum system by integrating academic certificates with vocational skill certificates;share the resources of schools and enterprises and enhance the advantages of the professional group;establish the quality guarantee system of e-commerce professional group.
