产教融合框架下课程改革思路与校企合作研究——以高职建筑装饰专业为例

Research on Curriculum Reform Thinking and School-Enterprise Cooperation under the Framework of Industry-Education Integration

高职建筑装饰专业教学改革必须适应新形势下市场对技能型人才的需求,走产教融合、校企合作之路:一是发挥校企各自的优势,拓宽合作渠道,实现学校与企业的合作创新;二是企业参与到教学中去,实行产教协同育人;三是深化人事制度改革,加强教师队伍建设。

The teaching reform of architectural decoration specialty in higher vocational colleges must adapt to the market demand for skilled talents under the new situation,integrate industry and education,and implement school-enterprise cooperation:first,give full play to their respective advantages,expand the channels of cooperation,and realize the cooperative innovation between schools and enterprises;second,enterprises should participate in teaching and carry out cooperative education between industry and education;third,deepen the reform of personnel system and strengthen the construction of teachers.
