新时代高职院校纪检监督队伍建设具有重要意义,针对当前高职院校纪检监督队伍建设存在思想认识不到位和重视程度不够、工作机制不健全和人员力量薄弱、业务能力不强和办案水平有短板等问题,提出了以新时代党的创新理论和实践推进纪检监察队伍建设,以深化改革构建新机制推进纪检监察队伍建设,以彻底的自我革命精神推进纪检监察队伍建设的对策。

The construction of discipline inspection and supervision team in higher vocational colleges in the new era is of great significance.In view of the problems in the construction of discipline inspection and supervision team in higher vocational colleges,including lack of ideological understanding and attention,unsound working mechanism,weak personnel strength,weak professional ability and shortcomings in case handling,it is proposed to promote the construction of discipline inspection and supervision team with the Party's innovative theory and practice in the new era,to deepen the reform and build a new mechanism to advance the construction of discipline inspection and supervision team and to promote the construction of discipline inspection and supervision team with the spirit of self-revolution.
