漯河市与郑州都市圈高职教育对接问题研究

Study on the Docking of Higher Vocational Education Between Luohe Cityand Zhengzhou Metropolitan Area

要把郑州建设成为国家中心城市,需进一步深化其与周边城市的联动发展。职业教育主要培养高质量的复合型技术技能人才。高职院校应充分发挥教师和教育资源优势,加快培养具有创新能力的技术技能人才,并提供强有力的师资支持。分析郑州都市圈与漯河市高职教育现状,从城市对接的角度解决高职教育有机衔接的问题,以促进漯河市与郑州都市圈高职教育发展,全方位解决高职教育的同城对接问题。

To build Zhengzhou as a national central city,it is necessary to further deepen the linkage development with surrounding cities.Vocational education mainly cultivates high-quality compound skilled talents.Higher vocational colleges should give full play to the advantages of teachers and educational resources,speed up the cultivation of innovative skilled talents,and provide strong faculty support.This paper analyzes the present situation of higher vocational education in Zhengzhou metropolitan area and Luohe city,and put forwards strategies for solving the linkage problem of higher vocational education from the perspective of urban docking to promote the development of higher vocational education in Luohe city and Zhengzhou metropolitan area and comprehensively solve the problem of urban docking.
