摘要
“1+X”证书制度是中国特色职业教育制度建设的有益探索,也是职业教育复合型技术技能人才培养的重大创新。要落实该制度,最为关键的是将“1+X”证书制度落实到职业教育人才培养模式中来。在“1+X”证书制度视角下,以漯河职业技术学校物流管理专业人才培养模式为研究对象,结合漯河地区物流产业发展现状和人才需求,在理论研究的基础上对“1+X”证书制度下物流管理专业人才培养模式构建的内涵、方法、措施进行系统研究和实践,凝练出“4阶递进+4互优化+6维协同”的物流管理人才培养模式,为职业院校复合型高素质物流技能人才培养提供可借鉴的创新性观点和具体措施。
The“1+x”certificate system is a beneficial exploration of the construction of the vocational education system with Chinese characteristics,as well as a major innovation in the cultivation of compound technical talents in vocational education.To implement the system,the key is to introduce it into the talent cultivation model of vocational education.From the perspective of the“1+x”certificate system,taking the talent cultivation model of logistics management major in Luohe Vocational and Technical College as the study object,this paper systematically studies and practices the connotation,methods,and measures of the construction of the talent cultivation model of logistics management major under the“1+x”certificate system by combing the current situation of logistics industry development and the demand for talents in Luohe and studying the theory,and also summarizes the“four-step progression+four-mutual optimization+six-dimensional collaboration”mode for cultivating talents of logistics management major,which can provide innovative ideas and specific measures for vocational colleges to cultivate high-quality and compound logistics skilled talents.
