在桥梁节段梁高空吊装施工领域,常规的吊具通常是通过设置在起重机前部的起重小车自身的纵、横向移动和起升机构的竖直升降运动,实现被起吊节段梁在空中3个维度的位置调整。对于某些非常规设计的桥梁的节段梁吊装,常规吊具3个平动自由度已经满足不了实际吊装需要。文中介绍了一种用于节段梁高空精确定位的自动化液压吊具。该吊具自带液压动力,主体上由2级分配梁组成,通过在一级分配梁上设置1支驱动液压缸实现节段梁沿顺桥向从0°~58°范围内的角度调整,再在二级分配梁上设置2支驱动液压缸实现节段梁沿横桥向±5°范围内的角度调整。该自动化液压吊具专为某桥梁的拱肋节段梁吊装研制,因其操控简便、吊装施工效率高,大大降低了节段梁高空定位难度。

In the high-altitude hoisting and construction of segmental beams,the conventional spreader usually realizes the three-dimensional position adjustment of hoisted segmental beams in the air through the vertical and horizontal movement of the lifting trolley itself and the vertical lifting movement of the lifting mechanism.For the hoisting of some unconventional segmental beams,the conventional spreaders with three translational degrees of freedom can not meet the actual hoisting needs.In this paper,an automatic hydraulic spreader for accurate positioning of segmental beams at high altitude is introduced.The spreader is driven by the hydraulic power of the body which is composed of two-stage distribution beams.The first-stage distribution beam is provided with one driving hydraulic cylinder to realize the angle adjustment of segmental beams in the range of 0-58 degrees along the bridge direction,and the second-stage distribution beam is equipped with two driving hydraulic cylinders to realize the angle adjustment of the segmental beams in the range of 5 degrees along the transverse bridge direction.This automatic hydraulic spreader is specially developed for hoisting arched segmental beams of a bridge.Due to its easy operation and high hoisting and construction efficiency,the difficulty in positioning of segmental beams at high altitude is greatly reduced.
