摘要
针对某煤炭码头FZ3-3型翻车机使用10 a后出现的系统不稳定性问题进行研究,设计并实现了O形转子三车翻车机运行稳定性提升方案,通过翻车机轨道、齿圈、托辊装置的更新与驱动底座维修的实施验证了翻车机各主要部件维修工艺的可行性与可靠性,保证了翻车机系统高效稳定运行,提升了翻车机系统使用寿命。
The system instability of FZ3-3 dumper in a coal terminal after 10-year use was studied,and a plan to improve the operation stability of O-rotor three-wagon dumper was designed and applied.The updating of the dumper track,gear ring and idler device and the maintenance of the driving base verified the feasibility and reliability of the maintenance technology of the main parts of the dumper,which ensured the efficient and stable operation of the dumper and delayed the service life of the dumper.
