放电等离子烧结低温法制备多孔钛材料及其性能研究

摘要 采用放电等离子烧结法,以NaCl作为造孔剂制备多孔钛材料.结果表明,随着造孔剂含量增加,多孔钛材料孔隙率逐渐增大,材料中大孔的连通性逐渐增加,造孔剂得到完全去除;随着烧结温度上升,多孔钛材料孔隙率逐渐降低,样品致密化主要发生在升温阶段;多孔钛材料力学性能随着孔隙率的增加而减小;孔隙率为77.0%的多孔钛的杨氏弹性和抗压强度分别为0.41 GPa和9.07 MPa,满足松质骨强度和与骨模量相匹配的杨氏模量,理论上可作为人体骨潜在的替代材料. Porous titanium was prepared by spark plasma sintering and by taking NaCl as spacer holder.The results show that the porosity and connectivity of the sample porous titanium increase with the addition of NaCl.Space holder is then completely removed.As the sintering temperature increases,the porosity of the porous titanium gradually decreases,and the densification of the sample mainly occurs at the heating stage.The mechanical properties of porous titanium decrease with the increase of porosity.When the porosity of the porous titanium is 77.0%,the elastic modulus and compressive strength are 0.41 GPa and 9.07 MPa,respectively.The Young modulus that matches the strength of cancellous bone and the modulus of the bone can be used as human bone potential alternative materials in theory.
