HPLC-DAD method for rapid determination of 13 carcinogenic dyes in ecological textiles

采用配备二极管阵列检测器的高效液相色谱仪快速测定纺织品中13种致癌染料,对测试的萃取条件、色谱条件分别进行优化,探究得到最优萃取条件为超声提取温度70℃,超声提取时间30 min,较优色谱条件选择流动相为10 mmoL/L乙酸铵水溶液-甲醇-乙腈,柱温为40℃,在此条件下可以得到目标物分离度较好、目标峰峰形较好的色谱图。

Using high performance liquid chromatograph equipped with a diode array detector was used to rapidly determine 13 carcinogenic dyes in textiles,and the extraction conditions and chromatographic conditions of the test were optimized and explored,and it was found that the optimal extraction conditions were ultrasonic extraction temperature of 70℃,ultrasonic extraction time of 30 min,and the mobile phase selected by ammonium acetate aqueous solution-methanol-acetonitrile under the optimal chromatographic conditions was 10 mmoL/L ammonium acetate aqueous solution-methanol-acetonitrile,and the column temperature was 40℃.Good chromatogram of target peak shape.
