化妆水质控样品微生物检验能力分析

Analysis of microbiological test ability of quality control sample of toner

为了增强实验室竞争力,完善实验室检验能力,海南省食品药品检验所三亚分所从中国检验检疫科学研究院购买了化妆品(化妆水)中微生物定性定量分析质控样品,根据检验项目质控样品说明书及2015版《化妆品安全技术规范——微生物检验方法》,分别对样品进行菌落总数、耐热大肠菌群、铜绿假单胞菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、霉菌和酵母菌检验,并对分离的疑似菌进行鉴定。样品1的菌落总数值为1455 CFU/mL,样品2的菌落总数值为1575 CFU/mL;样品1的霉菌和酵母菌总数值为420 CFU/mL,样品2的霉菌和酵母菌总数值为513 CFU/mL,耐热大肠菌群、金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌阳性质控样品均检出,阴性质控样均未检出,与指定值一致。由此可知,本实验室具备一定的化妆品微生物检验能力。

In order to enhance the competitiveness of the laboratory,improve the testing ability,Hainan Institute for Food and Drug Control Sanya Branch purchased microorganisms in cosmetics(toner)quality control samples from Chinese Academy of Inspection and Quarantine.According to the quality control sample specification of the test items and the 2015 edition of"Safety and Technical Standards for Cosmetics-Microbiological Test Method",the samples were tested for aerobic bacterial count,Thermotolerant coliform bacteria,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Staphylococcus aureus,Molds and yeast count respectively.The isolated bacteria were identified.The aerobic bacterial count of sample 1 was 1455 CFU/mL,and the sample 2 was 1575 CFU/mL,the Molds and yeast count of sample 1 was 420 CFU/mL,and the sample 2 was 513 CFU/mL.The positive quality control samples of Thermotolerant coliform bacteria,Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa were detected positive.The negative quality control samples were detected negative,were consistent with the specified values.It showed that the laboratory had the capability of microbial inspection of cosmetics.
