摘要
通过恒温动力学试验,模拟富氧燃烧气氛,研究不同工况对钢坯氧化烧损的影响。得出结论,钢坯表面温度和助燃空气富氧浓度越高,钢坯氧化烧损越严重;烟气中H_(2)O含量是影响钢坯氧化烧损的主要因素。
Based on carrying out the simulation of the oxygen enriched combustion atmosphere by doing constant temperature kinetic test,the effect of different operation conditions on the oxidation burning loss of billets was studied.Then it was concluded that the higher the surface temperatures of billets and oxygen concentration of combustion-supporting air,the more severe the oxidation burning loss of the billets,while the content of H_(2)O in flue gas was the main cause affecting the oxidation burning loss.
