摘要
分析了火花直读光谱法分析高炉铁水中碳含量偏高的原因,通过与ICP-AES法、红外碳硫法以及荧光光谱法分析结果的比对,得出火花直读光谱仪分析高炉铁水试样前应做白口化处理,未完全白口化试样可以在设置合理的预燃时间的前提下,通过多次激发同一点的方式获得较为可信的结果。
The causes leading to the content of carbon on the high side in the blast furnace(BF)molten iron was analyzed by spark direct reading spectrometry.Comparing to the analysis results by ICP-AES,infrared carbon-sulfur method and fluorescence spectrometry,it was concluded that BF molten iron samples should be whitened before analyzing by spark direct reading spectrometry,while under the premise of setting a reasonable preignition time,the samples with incomplete whitening could obtain more credible results by means of exciting the same position several times.
